Processing Time orders are typically processed within 6-14 business days after payment confirmation.  Please note that we use print-on-demand services, which means your items are created specifically for you after you place your order.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Delays Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at grandmamims081@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
