Meet Grandma Mims
I'm Grandma Mims — a children's book author, YouTube content creator, and lifelong champion of literacy. For years, I've dedicated my heart to one simple but powerful mission: helping children fall in love with reading. Through my books and videos, I've watched young eyes light up as stories come alive on the page. I've seen shy readers grow into confident storytellers. And I've learned, over and over again, that a single story can plant a seed that grows for a lifetime.
Literacy isn't just about reading words — it's about opening doors. It's about giving children the tools to dream bigger, think deeper, and believe in themselves. That belief is at the very core of everything I do.

The Meaning Behind SAMM
SAMM stands for Spiritual and Motivational Merchandise — and every word in that name is intentional. "Spiritual" because we believe in nurturing the whole person, inside and out.
